What's the difference between the QR system and radiofrequency gates?
The QR and barcode system is simpler to deploy and requires no specific installation: delegates present their badge when entering the room. Radiofrequency gates offer maximum accuracy and are non-intrusive: delegates simply walk through the gate with no action needed. Each system has its advantages depending on the type of room and the level of control required.
Can both tracking systems be combined at the same congress?
Yes. It’s common to combine QR codes and radiofrequency gates at the same congress depending on each room’s characteristics. We assess the space and the type of activity in each room and put together a tailored proposal that optimizes attendance control in every case.
Can time-in-room data be exported for accrediting bodies?
Yes. The system generates an Excel report with time-in-room data by delegate and room, which can be handed directly to the accrediting body to justify credits.
Can access to rooms with limited capacity be controlled?
Yes. The system allows access to specific activities such as workshops, courses or sessions with limited spots to be restricted. Only delegates previously selected or registered for that activity can access the room, and the system verifies this at the point of control.
Is this service compatible with Serglo's badging system?
Yes. The access and attendance control system is compatible with Serglo’s badging module. Depending on how the congress is set up, it can work independently or be integrated with the check-in service.
