Yes. The system is accessible from any device with an internet connection: computer, tablet or mobile. The attendee only needs to identify themselves with the details they used to register for the congress.
Can different types of certificates be generated for the same congress?
Yes. The system automatically generates the certificate that corresponds to each attendee based on their profile: attendance, training credits, speaker or communication. Each type has its own design and tailored content.
Does the certificate include training credits?
Yes, if the congress has been awarded credits. In that case, the certificate includes the number of credits corresponding to each attendee’s participation. Credit information is provided by the organization (or through our access/attendance control service) and added to the certificate.
How does the pre-download survey work?
It’s an optional feature. If enabled, the attendee must complete a satisfaction survey before downloading their certificate. This is especially useful for congresses offering credits, where collecting feedback is a common requirement from accrediting bodies.
What is the verification code for and how is it used?
Every certificate includes a unique code that confirms the document is authentic and that its content hasn’t been altered since issue. Anyone who receives the certificate can enter that code on our platform and instantly verify that the details are correct and the document hasn’t been tampered with.
