Is the app available for iOS and Android?
Yes. The app is published on both stores, App Store and Google Play, so it’s available to any attendee regardless of the device they use.
Does the app carry the congress's branding or Serglo's?
It depends on the option chosen. The standard option uses a container app: delegates download it and enter a code to access their congress’s content. If the white-label option is chosen, the app is published under the congress’s own branding, name and icon in the stores, at an additional cost.descargan e introducen un código para acceder al contenido de su congreso. Which modules are optional and which are always included?
The app has two versions. The base version includes everything related to the congress program and the sponsor spaces. Interactive features — such as speaker Q&A, live polls or networking between attendees — are optional modules added according to each event’s needs.
How far in advance does the app need to be commissioned?
There’s no fixed deadline, but you need enough time to load all the congress content. If the white-label option is chosen, you also need to allow time for the app store publication process, which can vary by platform.
Can the organization send push notifications during the congress?
Push notifications are managed by Serglo. They can be scheduled in advance or sent at specific moments at the client’s request, for example for last-minute announcements, program changes or important notices during the event.
