Is the platform Serglo's own, or do you use a third-party LMS?
We use Moodle, one of the most established online learning platforms in the world. It’s hosted on our servers and managed and customized by us, so the organization doesn’t need its own infrastructure or technical knowledge.
What types of content can be included in the modules?
The platform supports a wide range of formats: video, PDF, presentations, downloadable resources, SCORM content and assessment tests. Content is structured into modules to make it easier for students to follow.
Can the organization see each student's progress?
Yes. The platform lets you check each student’s individual progress: logins, completed activities and assessment results. For organizations that prefer it, we also offer periodic reports on the course’s overall status.
Are certificates issued automatically upon completing the course?
Yes. Once a student meets the set requirements, the system automatically generates their certificate of participation or completion. The process is fully automated and requires no manual work from the organization.
Can the platform have the organization's own branding?
Yes. We use Moodle as the base platform and customize it with each organization’s branding: logo, colors and visual identity. Students access an environment they recognize as belonging to their society or institution.
