Is the payment secure and does it go directly to the organizer?
Yes. The system uses a virtual POS with an SSL security certificate. Payments go directly to the organizer’s bank account, with no intermediaries or deductions on our part.
Can attendees enter their billing details during registration?
Yes. During registration, each attendee can enter their company’s tax details to make invoicing easier afterwards. That information is recorded and accessible from the secretariat’s dashboard.
Can the secretariat see registrations in real time?
Yes. From the dashboard, the secretariat has access at all times to the status of every registration, with filtering options, list exports and automatic confirmations.
Can access to certain fees be restricted?
